About Mosè
I started to work as a guide in my home city, Vicenza, where I especially focused on the architecture by Andrea Palladio, one of the most influential artists of the Italian Reinassance.
In 2009 I moved to Venice and my new city became also my new professional focus: I love the possibilites offered by Venice in terms of historical and artistic richness, but also in terms of easyness of moving and combining different things together.
In 2020 I started a small YouTube channel about one of my hobbies: board gaming! For the future I'd like to also open a channel regarding my other hobby: collecting Lego bricks! :-)
What I can provide
I live in Venice since more than 15 years ago, and my job as a guide focuses entirely on the city, both from a historical/artistic perspective, but also from the 'usability' point of view. Through the years I've been able to learn how to move around, which are the best places to explore, where tourism still has to 'conquer' everything.
It may seems strange, but I think my 'foreign' perspective is a big help in how I look at the city. A lot of real Venetians, born and raised here, are a bit blinded by their love for their hometown: some of them are so proud that they consider almost every tourist a menace, while some others have been shaped in such a way that they can't even imagine what are the needs of people coming from 'normal' cities.
I think the perspective I can offer is a good balance between having a great knowledge of the city and keeping the correct 'distance' from it, so that I can not only be in awe for the uniqueness of the place, but I can also be aware of what a visitor really would need here.
